Xarathi is an AI-powered mobile app designed to help India's marginal farmers access government welfare schemes — without needing literacy, internet connectivity, or a smartphone. I led the end-to-end UX, from field research with farmers in rural Assam to a voice-first, vernacular interface that converts complex government forms into simple conversations. The product includes an AI benefits companion, offline helpline integration, and a self-service kiosk system for farmers with zero digital access.
