Here's exactly how I deliver a SaaS explainer in 5 days:
Day 1 — Discovery call (30 min)
I ask 3 questions: Who watches this? What's their #1 confusion? What's the CTA?
Day 2 — Script
I write it. Not the client. Always. This is where the magic happens.
Day 3 — Storyboard + style frames
2-3 key frames so the client sees the vibe before I animate a single frame.
Day 4 — Animation
After Effects + plugins I'll never reveal 😅
Day 5 — Revisions + delivery
One round of revisions is included. More = scoped separately.

How do you find the time to share your design process when you’re constantly jumping from client to client? ⏳
Every time I finish a cool project, I want to record a quick breakdown. But between client deliveries and daily deadlines, sitting down to cut video and manually edit subtitles feels impossible. I’d rather spend that time on actual pixels.
Today I tested Captions to see if AI could remove that friction and speed up my creator workflow. It literally took seconds to format.

One thing I didn't mention in my last post, the client of this project.
From the first call, they knew what they wanted but were open to being challenged on it. That combo is rare. We pushed back on a few design directions, they pushed back on ours, and what came out the other side was genuinely better for it.
By the end, they told us it was the smoothest design process they'd been through. That stuck with me.
