A client once asked me, How does your job correct these problems?
I smiled because for him to ask me that question, he already believed I could help.
He just needed to understand how and I wasn’t going to shy away from explaining that.
So I broke down…
📌 How a poorly structured user flow can make people abandon a product before completing a task.
📌 How unclear navigation makes users work harder than they should.
📌 How the right product decisions can make an experience easier for users and help the business achieve its goals.
His web app had these problems and as I explained them, he started seeing what I was seeing. And he was ready to move! 😎🔥

Built this in Framer as a concept project. Goal was to make it feel run by ex-journalists. Choices: editorial serif (Libre Baskerville), a dark photo with one color accent, and copy that positions against blast-style PR.
Where I’m unsure: text legibility over the photo and whether the two CTAs compete. What would you change?
