The goal was to adapt a global powerhouse brand for a specific regional market ensuring the high tech innovative Xiaomi idendy resonated with local consumers while maintating strict global brand standards. So a balance betweet a "Global Corporate" look with "Local Performace". And the main goal was to get as much possible people in line for store opening and online sales.
