Onboarding System
Onboarding depended entirely on the Customer Success team (which made it slow and hard to scale). I mapped how the process actually happened in practice and translated it into a structured product flow, reducing operational load and opening the door to self-serve activation in the future.

One last small update to my submission for the Config Makeathon!
The idea: ask real people for recommendations in the city they know best. 🌍
Beyond the recommendations from others that land on your Canvas, you can now add your own ideas and build a custom board too.
And from all the messy ideas that have made it onto your canvas, both yours and the ones recommended by others, you can now plan day trips. 🗺️
Just hold Shift to select the items you want to do in one day, then figure out how long it takes to get from one spot to the next and which mode of transport gets you there. 🚃
The app runs on Supabase in the backend. Summer's just around the corner and it's time to discover new places, so give it a try. ☀️

Introducing PUNCH IT! 🎉
I'm so excited to share my final submission to the #ConfigMakeathon !!
The prompt was to create something that improves your life, community or world.
As an early career designer heading to Config next week, what I needed to improve was my networking anxiety 😅
So I built PUNCH IT! A digital business card that rewards networking.
When someone opens it, they get your contact info, portfolio, and LinkedIn.
Then they stamp it...anonymously, or with their own info for a future coffee chat.
Every stamp represents a real person you connected with.
If you want to be competitive, you can also collect cards from other people and add them to your collection (which is ranked based on number of punches 🫢)
The best part is that the app itself is the icebreaker. Asking someone to punch your card is a reason to talk.
It reframes networking from something you have to survive into something that actually feels like progress.
I started with sketches, built it out in Figma Make with a Supabase backend, and went through 126 versions before landing on the final version.
