Meridian needed to go from "stealth mode" to fully launched in 30 days. I built everything. Custom Next.js marketing site with an animated demo section and conversion-optimized pricing page. AI onboarding email sequence with smart segmentation. WhatsApp notification bot for trial activations. And a pre-launch content campaign across LinkedIn and their blog that built a 900-person waitlist before they even opened the doors. Launch day: $47K in MRR within the first month.

$2T in saas market cap erased in q1. per-seat pricing collapsing under pressure from agents.
for 15 years "we're a saas company that helps X" was a complete sentence and the category did the work.
that sentence is over as the buyer stopped budgeting that way. most series B homepages still lead with "the platform for X" and that's not positioning anymore.
what do you call your company when "saas" stops working?
