Built a fully automated appointment management workflow using n8n. When a client fills out the booking form, the system instantly sends a confirmation email with their name, service, date and time. 24 hours later it sends a reminder, and after the appointment it sends a Google review request. All client data is automatically saved to Google Sheets. Perfect for home services businesses, real estate agents, salons, and clinics.

I used this as a chance to solve a real problem my barber is dealing with: his shop has over 50,000 clients and no way to book online. So I built Fadecutz with Figma.
Clients pick a barber and request a time, and barbers approve or reject from their own dashboard. The simple booking tool he asked for.
