That's how long I've been running Visual Identity.

Today, on the first day of 2026, that changes. ✨
I know. A design studio founder saying "logo didn't matter" sounds contradictory.
For us? Our logo was the studio name in Helvetica. For 5 years and our clients couldn't care less.
A logo becomes meaningful when there's something to remember. When there's a reputation behind it. When people have seen enough to associate that mark with something real.
These 5 years weren't about branding. They were about building a foundation. A strong base for the future of design production at our studio.

this is me!! I have a logo (that I hate and made a LONG time ago) but I never use it. I so need to update it... but doing your own branding is SO hard!

Ooo this one is tough. I like both of them for different reasons. But I think option B wins out for me. It feels more modern, which if we're talking about tech (a rapidly evolving industry), could be a selling point, as opposed to appearing outdated or not with the times. I do...
