This was a self initiated B2B SaaS project I took from the initial product idea through positioning, website strategy, UX/UI design in Figma, frontend development, responsive refinement, testing and deployment
The challenge was not simply designing a SaaS website
Before I could communicate the product, I had to define enough of the product itself: who it was for, what operational problem it solved, how it differed from the tools businesses already use, and how someone should understand its value as they move through the website
That thinking shaped the information architecture, messaging, product UI, use cases, integrations, pricing and eventually the implementation
The result is a complete public facing B2B SaaS marketing website built around clarity rather than a generic SaaS page structure
Defining who Flowmetric is for before touching the layout is the part most SaaS sites skip. Congrats on shipping it all the way from positioning to deployment, Enocde.

New case study: Industrial IoT platform redesign with AI integration ⚡
Spent 5 weeks redesigning Lumicent’s industrial IoT platform. The headline change: cut alarm resolution from 4 taps to 1.
Started with a design audit that uncovered three UX failures burying the information operators actually needed to act. Mapped 3 personas (Technician, Risk Manager, Site Executive) and rebuilt the alarm, investigation, and home flows around how they actually make decisions under pressure.
AI assistant woven in at the right moments: contextual chat during investigation, daily brief on the home page, remedy suggestions at the point of alarm.
Putting the AI assistant at specific decision points, like remedy suggestions right at the alarm and a daily brief on the home page, feels much more useful than a generic chat box. Cutting alarm resolution from 4 taps to 1 is a strong result for operators working under pressure.
