Automated Assessment & Payment Pipeline for a Consultancy Built an end-to-end automation that connects Stripe payments to personalised PDF report delivery — zero manual intervention from purchase to inbox. When a client pays via a branded Stripe checkout, the system detects the payment in real time, identifies which assessment was purchased (Corporate or Personal) using a smart router with product-specific filters, generates a unique single-use access code, logs the transaction to Google Sheets for tracking, and emails the client a branded invitation with their access code and assessment link. Once the client completes the assessment, a Google Apps Script trigger fires automatically — calculating scores across multiple domains, generating a fully branded multi-page PDF report with personalised interpretations and development roadmaps, validating the access code against the payment ledger (marking it as used so it cannot be shared), and delivering the report to the client's inbox within seconds.
