A studio that sells websites and AI has one problem: every competitor says the same thing. The brand has to feel different before anyone reads a word.
Kairo is a concept studio I created end to end: the name, the identity and the site.
• The name. From kairos, Greek for "the right moment". The dot on the i glows, so the idea is built into the wordmark.
• The hero. Live WebGL contour lines that bend toward your cursor and straighten from noise into signal as you scroll. It runs on the visitor's graphics card and pauses when it's off screen.
• "Watch one job disappear." Instead of explaining AI automation, the page shows it: a quote request arrives at 9:02, AI drafts it, a person approves it, and it goes out at 9:06.
• A savings calculator. Visitors move the sliders to estimate the hours they could get back, with the assumptions shown.
All the motion respects reduced-motion settings, and no text ever starts hidden. Immersive and still easy to read.
Kairo is a concept studio. The 42-second walkthrough and the full brand breakdown are in the case study.
If your product or studio looks like everyone else's, I design and build the brand and the site together, so they feel like one thing: a landing page in two weeks, or app and dashboard screens in three.

The glowing dot on the i carrying the whole idea is brilliant, the name does brand work before you even see the site. And showing the AI drafting a quote instead of just describing it is the right instinct, it sells the outcome in seconds. Did the WebGL contour hero end up heavy...

Thanks Timothy! On the hero: the off-screen pause does a lot, but the bigger lever is resolution. The shader draws below native resolution and caps high-DPI screens, so it's one light full-screen pass instead of rendering at 2x or 3x. With reduced motion turned on, it settles into a still frame.

The glowing dot in the logo is a smart idea. Did you build the contour hero in WebGL?

Thanks Rafee! Yes, it's a WebGL shader. The contour lines are computed on the graphics card, bend toward the cursor and resolve from noise into clean lines as you scroll. It renders below native resolution and pauses off screen, so it stays light. The walkthrough in the case study shows it in motion.
