I used to prioritize lean manuals, like quick assembly guides. However, after deepening my studies in brand management (specifically Daniele Munhoz), I redefined this deliverable.
A manual shouldn't just dictate rules; it must document the reasoning.
Why this adds value:
1. Brand Protection: When stakeholders understand the why, the chance of changes based on personal taste drops drastically.
2. Education: Explaining the logic prevents future teams from "reinventing the wheel."
