Pro Certs is a UK electrical certification platform that has served electricians since 2011. Engineers use it to create, manage and share compliance certificates such as EICRs, EICs and Minor Works. The Pro Certs 2.0 redesign took a mature product and rebuilt its experience across five connected surfaces:
a marketing site
a company owner web app
a customer portal
an internal Platform Admin portal
an offline-first mobile app for engineers
The system covers 16 certificate types, six user roles with granular permissions, AI-assisted data entry, supervisor approval workflows, and flexible billing, including purchase-order payments for corporate clients.
