Heritage Estate & Events Website — Kent, UK
Boldshaves is a characterful heritage estate nestled on the edge of the Weald of Kent, offering stays, seasonal events, venue hire, and the annual Wealden Festival. The website was built to reflect the estate's warm, storytelling personality — connecting visitors with its gardens, barn events, and cultural gatherings in an authentic and inviting way.
Built on WordPress, the site features a clean editorial design with a strong focus on atmosphere and content. Key sections include Stay & Explore, Wealden Festival, Barn Hire, a seasonal events calendar, and a Journal — all designed to guide different types of visitors through a tailored experience.
The design balances rustic charm with modern usability, creating a digital presence that feels as welcoming as the estate itself.

Building a Minimal Fashion E-commerce Landing Page

The Challenge:
The goal was to create a fashion landing page that felt modern, premium, and distraction-free while keeping the shopping experience intuitive.
Some of the key challenges included:
Creating a clean luxury aesthetic without making the page feel empty.
Organizing product information so visitors can scan products quickly.
Maintaining strong visual hierarchy across the hero section and product listings.
Designing a layout that works seamlessly across different screen sizes.
My Approach
I focused on simplicity backed by thoughtful design decisions.
Here's how I tackled it:
✔ Designed a spacious layout with generous white space to create a premium shopping experience.
✔ Used a neutral color palette that allows the products to become the visual focus.
✔ Built a clear typography hierarchy to guide users naturally from the headline to the call-to-action.
✔ Structured the product grid for easy browsing with consistent spacing, pricing, and descriptions.
✔ Kept the navigation minimal to reduce friction and help users reach products faster.
