I designed and developed LocalFlow, a modern CRM and booking management dashboard created for service-based businesses that need a simpler way to manage their daily operations.
The platform brings customer management, appointment bookings, lead tracking, reminders, invoices, reviews, team management, and analytics into one clean interface. I focused on creating a dashboard that makes important business information easy to understand at a glance while keeping navigation simple and intuitive.
The interface includes revenue insights, today's bookings, reminder performance, a visual sales pipeline, upcoming appointments, and dedicated areas for customers, employees, invoices, reviews, analytics, and settings.
The goal was to create a professional SaaS-style experience that could help businesses spend less time managing tools and more time serving customers.

@Priya Vats Putting today’s bookings beside revenue insights feels practical for quick daily check-ins. How does the visual sales pipeline connect with reminders and follow-ups?

The sales pipeline is designed to connect each lead or customer stage with follow-up actions. As a customer moves through the pipeline, staff can see pending tasks, upcoming appointments, and reminder status in one place. This helps make sure important follow-ups aren’t missed while keeping the workflow easy to track.
