Another sketch vs final comparison.
This one is on the rougher side; you can see what I put my long-suffering clients through with my rough little scribbles!
Creating a scene like this is always a challenge, but the fun is in adding background details and characters.
In this scene in particular I had fun adding Prim and Proper Jewelry Selling Man, and I even did a cheeky self-insert in the form of the woman trying on bags ;)
Love seeing the thinking behind the final. The structure already feels clear even at the sketch stage.
