I finally get to share something I've been pouring my heart into over the past week.
For the Squarespace Make It Real Challenge, I built LuminHer Designs—my boutique creative studio focused on thoughtful brand identity, website design, and digital assets.
My goal wasn't just to build a website, but to create an experience that felt warm, intentional, and editorial while exploring Squarespace's Finish Layer tools through subtle animations, responsive layouts, and layered design.
This is honestly just the beginning. Like any creative business, LuminHer will continue to evolve, and I already have a list of ideas I can't wait to add. But today, I'm celebrating this milestone and how far it's come.
We are testing two ways to browse a large template library.
Users initially see 9 cards. After clicking the button, 9 more are added while the previous results remain visible. Browsing feels continuous, but the page gradually becomes longer.
Pagination
The catalog is divided into numbered groups. When users select the next page, the current 9 cards are replaced with a new set. They can jump to a specific part of the catalog and easily return to where they were.
Load More creates a smoother browsing experience, while pagination offers greater control.
Which option would you choose for a template library?
