Brochure Design Real Estate, Dubai
This brochure presents a curated selection of premium residential developments in Dubai, including Sobha One and Peninsula Four, aimed at international buyers and investors.
The concept called for a design that felt exclusive and editorial, closer to a luxury magazine than a typical sales brochure. We used a dark, moody palette with gold accents to convey sophistication, letting the architecture and interiors take center stage through large, immersive photography. Key details, pricing, payment plans, and handover dates, are organized in clean, minimal tags that keep the layout uncluttered despite the density of information.

Borcelle — a modern website designed and developed for a professional cleaning company.
The project focused on creating a clean, trustworthy digital presence that clearly presents the company’s services and makes it easy for potential customers to understand their options and take the next step.
The website combines intuitive navigation, responsive design, clear service presentation, and strategically placed calls to action to create a simple and conversion-focused customer experience.
Cleaning and property maintenance sites almost always go bright and clinical, so the dark palette here genuinely stands out in the category. Was that a hard sell to the client, or did they already want to break from the usual playbook when they came to you?
Fizzo is a conceptual packaging design project, developed as a portfolio exercise: a fictional sparkling kombucha line imagined as a brand extension of Tao Kombucha.
The project explores how a brand built on health and purpose can enter the "ready to drink" kombucha movement, closer to a premium soda than a supplement, without giving up the identity it has already built, creating a sub-line endorsed by the parent brand, free to communicate energy and instant pleasure.
The work covers naming, positioning, a flavor-based color system, illustration direction, and typography, applied across 4 SKUs: passion fruit, cashew fruit, açaí, and guava.
