LUXURY MAGNETIC BRACELET SOLIDWORKS CAD MECHANICAL ENGINEERING 3D PRODUCT DESIGN
I developed a premium luxury magnetic bracelet, focusing on seamless jewelry links, hidden high-strength magnet enclosures, and a secure mechanical clasp. Working in SolidWorks, I modeled the tight-tolerance interlocking segments to ensure smooth movement and high-end wearability. The assembly is fully optimized for precision metal injection molding (MIM) and CNC finishing. Deliverables included manufacturing-ready CAD files and high-end marketing renders showing polished metal textures.

BOTTLE CAP CAD DFM NOTES 3D RENDERING CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT
I engineered an innovative, leak-proof bottle cap focused on high-volume production efficiency and user ergonomics. Starting from initial concept sketches, I built the full CAD geometry in SolidWorks, incorporating a custom tamper-evident band and precision thread pitch. I integrated extensive DFM notes for injection molding, optimizing wall uniformity, core-side draft angles, and shut-off surfaces. The project culminated in photorealistic 3D renders that highlight tactile ribbing, parting lines, and vibrant plastic textures
