Following up on yesterday’s virtual tour module, today I’m showcasing another core pillar of the platform I’ve built: the Interactive 3D Model Studio.
As a freelance Full Stack Developer with over 9 years of professional experience specializing in Three.js, WebGL, and React, I designed this tool to make navigating complex 3D interior architecture simple, snappy, and entirely web-based.
🛠️ What I Built & Handled in this Feature:
3D Database Initialization: Handled the heavy liftoff of initializing the 3D environment loading states smoothly in the UI.
Bi-Directional Sidebar Navigation: Built a reactive side navigation list. When a client clicks on a room listed in the sidebar (e.g., Modern Kitchen), the camera smoothly travels to that point.
Camera Rig Controller: Developed a multi-perspective controller allowing users to orbit freely or swap instantly between structured camera presets (Top View, Left, Right, Front, Back).
Smooth Camera Transitions: Wrote custom transition math using Three.js to ensure the camera glides seamlessly without causing motion sickness.

For this project, we helped a home care organization replace manual reporting with a centralized BI platform that automatically tracks operational and financial performance across multiple locations.
Real-time dashboards, KPI reporting, role-based access and integrations with WellSky and QuickBooks - all in one place.
Sometimes the biggest productivity boost isn't adding new features. It's making the right data easy to understand. 📊
Home care is a sharp choice because the pain is not the reporting, it is the audit trail when a regulator or family asks what happened and when. Replacing spreadsheets is the easy win, the real value is that every entry is now timestamped and defensible. Did you build in an immutable log, or is it still editable after the fact?
A client wanted one API style for the whole product. I talked them out of it first.
tRPC gives my Next.js frontend end-to-end types, zero schema drift. The moment a partner integrates, REST is all they can use without my SDK. GraphQL fits when one screen pulls from three backends.
