BOTTLE CAP CAD DFM NOTES 3D RENDERING CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT
I engineered an innovative, leak-proof bottle cap focused on high-volume production efficiency and user ergonomics. Starting from initial concept sketches, I built the full CAD geometry in SolidWorks, incorporating a custom tamper-evident band and precision thread pitch. I integrated extensive DFM notes for injection molding, optimizing wall uniformity, core-side draft angles, and shut-off surfaces. The project culminated in photorealistic 3D renders that highlight tactile ribbing, parting lines, and vibrant plastic textures

SPORT GLOVES SOFT GOODS TECKPACK ERGONOMICS CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT
For this project, I spearheaded the ergonomic research and soft-goods layout of a high-performance sport glove. By mapping key hand-flex points, I integrated multi-material palm padding, breathable ventilation patterns, and stretch zones for unrestricted movement. I generated a highly detailed, factory-ready tech pack complete with stitching specifications, bill of materials (BOM), and graded sizing guides to ensure a seamless production transition from prototype to scale.

This project showcases the complete product development process for a modern travel duffel bag, from concept exploration through manufacturing-ready documentation.
The objective was to create a premium travel bag that combines clean aesthetics, efficient organization, durability, and production feasibility while maintaining a minimalist design language.
Rather than focusing only on appearance, the project was developed with manufacturing in mind. Every design decision, from panel construction and zipper placement to hardware selection, material specification, and assembly sequence, was carefully considered to create a product that can move efficiently from concept to production.
