This project is an interactive HR Analytics Dashboard designed to track workforce growth, salary distributions, attrition trends, and performance metrics across departments. It helps HR leaders and executives make data-driven decisions to improve employee retention and operational efficiency.

Workforce Growth Tracking: Visualized total headcount growth (+5.6%) and active employee ratios across a 12-month period.
Attrition Analysis: Identified critical turnover hotspots—showing that the 26–35 age group accounts for 39.7% of total attrition, with Sales and R&D experiencing the highest departure counts.
Department Performance & Salary Mapping: Structured a comparative breakdown showing high performance in IT (4.21/5) alongside salary distributions (ranging from ₹5.38 LPA in HR to ₹8.12 LPA in R&D).
Executive Summaries: Embedded quick-insight callouts highlighting top trends for fast decision-making.

I recently designed and developed this interactive Power BI dashboard as part of a job assignment. The goal was to analyze retail sales, customer trends, and product performance for BrightMart.

• KPI Summary: Tracking Total Sales ($2.03M), Total Orders, Quantity, and Customers.
• CY vs. PY Revenue: Monthly sales trend comparison between the current and previous year.
• Top/Bottom Performers: Dynamic toggle to instantly view top 10 and bottom 10 products.
• Interactive Slicers: Custom collapsible panel to filter by Region, Category, and Brand.
• Data Modeling: Built on a Star Schema model with custom DAX measures for optimal performance.
This project was created as a job assessment task to demonstrate end-to-end data transformation, modeling, and dashboard visualization.
