Discovery call — We talk through what's currently manual, where the bottlenecks actually are, and whether automation is genuinely the right fix (sometimes it isn't, and I'll tell you that).
System design — I map out the workflow before building anything — what triggers it, what decisions need AI judgment vs simple rules, what the output looks like.
Build & test — I build the system, test it against real scenarios (not just the happy path), and fix what breaks before you ever see it.
Handoff & documentation — You get a working system and clear documentation, so you're never dependent on me to understand what's running in your business.
Support — I stay available for adjustments as your business changes, because a system built for today's process needs updating when the process changes. No long contracts, no vague scopes. Just a clear path from "this is manual and annoying" to "this runs on its own.
