Before you mark a client project Complete, check the tasks still attached to it.
A useful closeout review has three parts:
Resolve client, project and task warnings first. Broken links can leave work out of valid-record totals.
Review the remaining open tasks, including anything Waiting on a response. Record the owner and next action instead of letting a stage change hide unfinished work.
Keep the actual approval or delivery evidence in your records. Changing a dropdown does not establish client acceptance or payment.
In the fictional example shown, Care card update is Complete with zero open tasks. Collection storefront and Winter lookbook are Active with two open tasks each. Those are separate checks: the stage is entered manually, while the workbook counts linked tasks. Marking a project Complete does not mark its tasks Done.

A VR studio's website has to sell an experience nobody can have through a screen.
Greensky Games builds games that could only exist in virtual reality. I built the studio site in Webflow, plus the sites for its games.
What's on the site:

• English and French versions
The decision I'd defend: each game gets its own page in a shared system, so a new release is a new CMS entry, not a new website.

Selling a VR experience through a flat screen is a tough brief. Giving each game its own page alongside the studio story makes a lot of sense, nice Webflow build.
Day 600 of building my own business is still frightening.
With no experience whatsoever, I started my own Webflow studio in March 2025.
