The Spline Hana challenge got me thinking about motion differently, not as something you add on top, but as part of how the interface actually works.
The idea turned into OctoOps bot, an AI bot concept inspired by the “Open Claw” wave recently, but reimagined as a bento box UI where every interaction explains what the agent is doing.
I built every animation directly in Hana.
And instead of listing out features, I let the animation do the explaining.

This is the right way to think about motion.
When animation explains the system instead of decorating it, the UI feels smarter. Love the bento idea for transparency.

Exactly! Motion should clarify, not decorate. Thanks for the thoughtful comment. 🙌
