I designed a conversational AI and prompt architecture focused on improving how LLM-powered agents understand instructions, maintain context, handle exceptions, and respond consistently across different user scenarios.
My work included structuring system prompts, defining instruction hierarchy, designing conversation flows, establishing behavioral rules, managing context, and creating fallback and exception-handling logic.
I also tested different conversation scenarios to identify ambiguity, conflicting instructions, context loss, and inconsistent responses. Based on these tests, I continuously refined prompts and agent behavior to improve reliability, clarity, and task completion.
The objective was to create a structured conversational framework that goes beyond basic prompting and provides a more predictable, context-aware, and business-oriented AI experience.

But some tasks are practically asking to be automated.
Here is a simple way to find out.
STEP 1: Do you repeat the task frequently?
If your team performs the same activity every day or every week, that's a signal.
STEP 2: Does it follow a predictable process?
If you can explain the task as:
"First we do this, then this, then this..."
AI and automation may be able to handle part of it.
STEP 3: Does it consume valuable time?
If employees are spending hours copying information, creating similar documents, sorting data, sending repetitive messages, or performing manual checks, investigate it.
STEP 4: Does the task involve digital information?
Emails, documents, spreadsheets, forms, customer enquiries, CRM records, website data, and other digital information are often good candidates for automation.
STEP 5: Is there a clear outcome?
If you know exactly what should happen when the process is completed, designing an automated workflow becomes much easier.
For example:
Customer submits a form

Proposal is generated

Team receives notification
That's a workflow.
And that's where AI becomes much more valuable than simply asking a chatbot questions.
A simple rule:
If a task is repetitive + predictable + time consuming + digital, ask:
"Can we automate part of this?"
You don't have to automate the entire business.
Start with one frustrating, repetitive process.
Solve it.
Measure the time saved.
Then find the next one.

🚀 My First Automation with Make
For a long time, I was learning automation—but I kept facing one problem: I had the knowledge, but no real use case to build a project around.
So, this time I decided to build something practical for my own website.
Before this automation, when someone submitted a form, I had to manually check the data and make sure I didn’t miss any potential client.
Now, the workflow is automated:
User submits form → Supabase → Webhook → Google Sheets → Gmail notification
This means:
✅ Form data is automatically stored
✅ Data is sent to Google Sheets through a webhook
✅ I receive a Gmail notification instantly
✅ Less manual work
✅ Lower chance of missing a potential client
✅ A more organized workflow
It’s a simple automation, but for me, it’s an important step from learning automation to actually building with it.
