Today is Blue Monday, supposedly the most depressing day of the year.
Cold winter nights, a December pay-check that somehow disappeared too fast, and news that makes you want to pull the covers over your head… yeah, I get why it earned the name.

I think this is a good reminder for us all that it's important to prioritize our mental and physical health, especially at this time of year. Getting outside, touching grass, and breathing fresh air can do wonders. Taking care of ourselves is important!
