Haven Maternal Clinic is an end-to-end booking and follow-through system for a fictional Brampton clinic serving pregnant women with multiple long-term conditions (diabetes, hypertension, asthma). It takes a patient from can I book initial inquiry to a confirmed booking, prepared and reminded for their appointment with minimal administrative effort from the owner.
Patients with multiple conditions require the most appointments, often across several days and specialists. Fragmented booking increases the burden on patients, contributing to a missed-appointment rate of around 25% and wasted specialist capacity. It also leaves the owner spending her lunch hours on manual confirmations and rebooking with after-hours inquiries unanswered. Which is not sustainable and makes the patient journey not enjoyable.
Haven consolidates appointments into the fewest visits, automates confirmations, reminders, rescheduling and waitlist backfill, and treats missed appointments as a welfare signal so that barriers to attendance are addressed rather than penalized. This reduces the burden on patients and the workload for the owner.

Realistic Problems:
The solo owner is drowning in WhatsApp DMs and playing "table tetris" every single day. Customers don't just want any table; they want to sit near specific resident cats (like Mochi or Pepper). Additionally, due to high demand, the café strictly caps visits at 30, 60, or 90-minute sessions. This causes endless back-and-forth messaging, manual double-booking errors, and frustrated walk-ins.
I transformed a chaotic, manual DM-based reservation process into a self-serve, mobile-optimized 3D map, allowing guests to independently secure their exact table, time slot, and preferred cat companion instantly.
Fixing the Front Door :
To turn an inbound inquiry into a confirmed booking with zero effort from the owner, I completely redesigned the customer-facing booking flow. Instead of a boring, standard form, I built an immersive 3D seating map where customers can:
- Pick Their Vibe: Visually explore the café layout and select a specific cozy corner. See where their favorite resident cats are currently hanging out on the map.
- Lock in the Rules: Select precise session lengths (30, 60, or 90 minutes) during the booking process, automatically setting expectations.
- Book Anywhere: Experience a flawless, fully mobile-optimized booking journey directly from their phone.
The Impact:
The owner’s manual work goes from hours of coordinating schedules, answering DMs, and managing table assignments to zero. The real-time admin portal automatically handles availability, updates the seating chart, and tracks guest sessions. The owner can finally focus on running the café and taking care of the cats instead of staring at a screen.

3D interaction while booking looks great!
THREADLINE ATELIER
A premium booking experience for a custom fashion studio in Lagos.
I wanted to solve a simple problem: when someone asks, “Can I book with you?”, the designer shouldn't have to spend the next hour going back and forth about availability, measurements, event dates, and scheduling.
Threadline Atelier turns that into one smooth flow:
Inquiry → Design Brief → Availability → Booking → Deposit → Confirmation
Customers can choose what they're making, share their occasion and event date, upload inspiration, select a real available consultation time, pay the consultation deposit, and get booked.
For the designer, it reduces manual coordination, follow-ups, and scheduling headaches.
Visually, I wanted it to feel like a luxury fashion house with a digital experience editorial typography, contemporary African fashion, cinematic motion, and subtle thread-inspired interactions.
The signature moment:
“YOU'RE BOOKED.”
This is a well structured website but the booking experience is what I looks good.
I already submitted my Lovable challenge but I decided to update the landing page and make it look a little bit better by introducing more images to make the page a little bit more interactive especially on the services section, which one do you like: the old one or the new one?
