Concept Development | The Reset Room Wellness Activation

The Reset Room is a conceptual two-day wellness activation designed for a luxury hospitality environment — created as a space where guests can step away from the pace of everyday life and reconnect with their wellbeing.
I developed the concept from the initial idea through to its positioning, experience pillars, guest journey, messaging and creative direction.
The experience brings together skin health, mindful wellbeing, movement, rest and community through a curated series of consultations, educational moments and restorative experiences.

To move beyond the traditional wellness pop-up and create an experience that feels elevated, purposeful and commercially relevant for a luxury hospitality setting.

the orange panels pop. what are you sharing first?
Some creative projects start with a character. Ronin Neon started with a world.
The brief was a cyberpunk warrior universe where ancient samurai honor meets neon-lit futurism a team of five rebels fighting corrupt powers in a city that lost its way. Kai the fearless leader. Onyx the silent assassin. Juno the smart hacker. Rai the strong tank. Yurei the ghostly archer. Each one distinct. All of them unmistakably Ronin Neon.
The world-building came first. The characters grew out of it. And the visual system deep purple atmospheres, electric green accents, explosive action compositions, and trading card UI was designed to hold the entire universe together across every format it lands in.
Billboards, character sheets, card sets, campaign pages, and a group hero shot that makes you want to know every backstory before you've read a word.
"The future is forged in battle and the agents stand ready." That line lives on the campaign wall and tells you everything about what Ronin Neon is a brand, a story, and a world worth fighting for.
This is concept art and IP development where the design does as much storytelling as the illustration.

OFF THE PEDESTAL — HARLEQUINA 1763/2027
Her pose once suggested movement. In 2027, she completes it.
For the FLORA Museum Challenge, I chose Harlequina, a ca. 1763 hard-paste porcelain figure modeled by Franz Anton Bustelli for the Nymphenburg Porcelain Manufactory.
What stopped me was not only the diamond-patterned costume, but the body language: the raised wrist, tilted head, folding fan, and elegant S-curve that already feels like a dance paused in the middle of a gesture.
I reimagined her as a human-scale 2027 couture performer:
• Painted diamonds became articulated glazed porcelain tesserae
• The molded white skirt became translucent organza
• The painted botanical border became silk and small porcelain petals
• The folding fan became smoked glass
In FLORA, I began with four Open Access views of the original object and explored three distinct material directions: Articulated Porcelain, Porcelain Bloom, and Smoked Glass Harlequin.
The final design combines the strongest elements of each: the ceramic structure of the first study, the botanical restraint of the second, and the darker museum atmosphere of the third.
The final moment completes Bustelli’s implied movement. Harlequina lowers her hand, steps off the porcelain plinth, and walks forward.

That opening line, her pose once suggested movement and in 2027 she completes it, is such a good hook, it does more work than most artist statements twice its length. Was that the seed the whole concept grew from, or did it come after you'd worked out how she'd move?
