Rive Character System for Ctuber
I teamed up with Ctuber to build a Rive-based behavior system that handles complex interactions with a seamless dev handoff. By integrating Rive’s logic with their AI, the character automatically adapts its energy and lip-sync based on user text.
This technical setup features modular outfits to swap styles without re-animating, custom viseme mapping for automated lip-sync driven by AI audio, and an integrated State Machine that manages all transitions and poses in one high-performance file.
The result is a lightweight, scalable asset that reduces technical debt and simplifies product evolution.
