Launching a Human Performance & Leadership Brand During Market Uncertainty
Overview: Supported the launch of Human First, a human performance and leadership platform designed to help senior leaders navigate pressure, uncertainty and high-performance environments through workshops, content and strategic programmes.
Led delivery across launch strategy, project management, brand rollout, social media marketing and business coordination.
The Challenge: The brand was launching during a period of significant uncertainty, where businesses and leadership teams were navigating rapid change, pressure and operational instability.
The challenge was to bring a new brand to market quickly while creating clarity around positioning, audience engagement, operational setup and launch execution across multiple channels.
This required balancing strategic thinking, operational delivery and agile decision-making within a fast-moving environment.
My Role: Led the coordination and launch execution across multiple workstreams, including:
