Small updates build big trust.
I sent a project update to an agency partner at 1 AM, not because they asked, but because I didn't want anything to get missed.
A few hours later, they replied:
"Great job on all the maintenance tasks. You're so fast to respond and really professional."
Anyone can show up for big launches.
The real difference is how you handle the small fixes, maintenance tasks, and everyday updates.
That's where long-term client relationships are built.
