I developed FindJobIT, a specialized job-matching platform tailored for IT students. Beyond standard recruitment features, I integrated a Machine Learning engine to intelligently match candidates' technical skills with the most relevant job openings. By analyzing resume keywords and job descriptions, the system provides personalized career recommendations, significantly reducing the search time for entry-level developers and interns.
