Title: Commission-Only Cold Caller for E-com Lead Gen (ASAP Start)
Description:
We’re a new agency helping small businesses and e-com brands (Shopify/others) scale via targeted outreach. Need a hungry cold caller to generate qualified leads NOW.
Responsibilities:
• Make 50+ outbound calls/day using provided scripts/lists (small biz owners in Africa/global).
• Book discovery calls/appointments (CRM: Google Sheets/HubSpot).
• Report daily: calls made, connects, bookings.
Requirements:
• Proven sales/cold calling experience (voice samples/portfolio).
• Energetic, resilient, English fluent.
• Tools: Phone/VOIP, laptop.
Budget: Commission-only: 15% of first-month client revenue per booked deal (avg $500-2k deals; uncapped). 1-week trial. Ongoing remote. Apply with your best pitch!

Challenge
Teams signed up but never activated. Admins felt overwhelmed by configuration. Workspaces expired without integrations.
Approach
I defined the core aha moment as “see your own revenue or pipeline data inside a live dashboard”.
Everything in onboarding was designed to drive that outcome.
• Welcome screen asks for user goal, not company details
• Personalised checklist based on role and objective
• Sample data to demonstrate value before setup
• Linear, skippable setup with clear progress and time expectations
• Post integration prompt to invite teammates and drive adoption
Result: A guided experience that reduces cognitive load, clarifies what done means, and aligns the entire setup around first value, not feature exposure
A while ago, I had the privilege of working for none other than Ben & Jerry’s to film their Free Cone Day in the Netherlands.
In addition to filming and photography, I was responsible for handling filming rights, as the footage would be used in their global marketing campaigns.
It was an incredible feeling to contribute to something so much bigger than myself.
To this day, it remains my highest-paid one-off project.
Considering it only required some prep and a half-day shoot, totaling eight hours of work, the rate I was able to charge was something I never had done before in my carreer!
The footage was featured in their 2023 global campaigns, and I am still so grateful for the opportunity, which has since led to several more projects including internal work for Unilever.

The goal of this design was to create a clean, professional, and conversion-focused interface that helps companies hire talent faster without relying on traditional recruitment agencies.
The landing page focuses on clarity, trust, and usability with a structured layout that highlights the platform’s benefits, hiring process, and key features.
Key design highlights include:
• Clean and modern SaaS layout
• Clear call-to-action buttons to improve conversions
• Simple hiring process explanation through feature cards
• Soft gradient background to create a modern tech feel
This concept demonstrates how AI-powered recruitment platforms can present their services through an intuitive and visually engaging interface.
