Pattern is a self-care app I built using Anything for the Contra challenge. Pattern uses AI emotional intelligence to analyze user check-ins and highlight common behaviors associated with moods and energy levels for each log.

The AI behavior analysis is fully remixable and can be used in related niches, including fitness, finance, productivity, SaaS, and similar.

Features include:

✅Personalized Check-In Goals

✅Daily Mood, Energy, and Contributing Factors Logs

✅Tomorrow Forecasts for mood and energy based on previous patterns

✅Nudges, which are helpful tips for positive mental health growth based on pattern insights

✅Remixable with copy and paste components on the Remix Engine so developers can easily reuse the behavior analysis for apps in mental health, fitness, finance, productivity, etc.

The main goal is to help users be more mindful about how their own patterns affect them day-to-day to improve their quality of life.
