DHOOP is a concept product and ad set I created for the Commercial track of the GMI Cloud x Tencent Hunyuan Hy Week challenge.
The product: a palm-sized vessel of translucent amber resin on a brushed-brass ring. It stores a day of sunlight and releases it as warm light after dark: a battery you can see.
The brief I set myself: invent a new product, then build the ad creative around it. I wanted a premium look with a quiet, emerging-market story, so I set one shot on a city rooftop at dusk.
The deliverables:
A hero ad with the DHOOP wordmark and the tagline "Keep the day."
A material close-up of the resin and the glow
A dusk lifestyle shot on a rooftop
A short product film ending on the brand card
Process:
All stills were generated with Hy Image 3.5 Preview on GMI Cloud.
I locked the hero first, then used it as a reference image to keep the product identical across the close-up and lifestyle shots.
The product film was animated from the Hy-generated hero frame using Kling- V3-Image-to-Video model.
A cozy botanical shop that not only sells beautiful plants, but also takes care of yours while you’re away on a trip!
For the logo, I customized the typography to give it a soft, fluid effect inspired by growing branches and leaves.🌱
This is how a social system should work: strong enough rules that the brand reads at thumbnail size, loose enough that the feed never looks copy-pasted. Do you hand clients a Figma kit for this, or build it in something their team edits themselves?
Salt as the core idea is clever. It says preservation, purity and texture in one move, which is exactly what skincare is trying to say. Curious how the crystal motif holds up at small sizes, like a cap or a sachet. Looking forward to the full case.
