Bionutrica is a D2C eCommerce brand in the health and wellness space focused on delivering high-quality nutrition-based products. The objective of the performance marketing efforts was to scale online sales profitably through Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising while building a sustainable return on ad spend.
Objective
The primary goal was to achieve and maintain a minimum ROAS of 2X and above, ensuring that paid media investments consistently generated profitable returns while supporting scalable revenue growth.
Challenges
Low initial campaign efficiency with ROAS as low as 0.85X
High budget fragmentation across multiple underperforming ad sets
Lack of structured funnel strategy leading to inconsistent conversions
Inefficient creative testing framework resulting in ad fatigue
Rising cost per acquisition due to poor audience targeting and overlap
Core Problems Identified
Budget burn without clear winner campaigns, leading to negative returns
Can a habit tracker feel like a brand experience, not just a table?
For Nutrafine’s corporate gifting, each month is tied to one SKU, using the same colour as its packaging. It’s more colour than I would usually choose, but the depth of the palette, white linework and typography make the system hold together.
The bigger idea was to make the tracker itself feel less expected. Instead of a grid, we built a spiral, turning a practical tool into something more playful, memorable and distinctly Nutrafine.
I ran a 'bake off' to see how much image quality changes across the five quality settings of OpenAI's GPT Image 2.5.
Each setting was asked to draw the same watch.
The difference only shows up when you zoom in on the dial, and the price runs from $0.09 an image at Low to $0.59 at Max, about six times more.
My recommendation is to pay for High when the product is a big close-up.
And use Low for everything else. Inside a normal Meta/Facebook Ad, Low and Max look similar.
Google Ads B2B SaaS Lead Generation — UK & Pakistan
I managed Google Ads campaigns for a B2B SaaS business targeting the UK and Pakistan, with the objective of generating conversions and qualified business opportunities while maintaining cost-efficient campaign performance.
The campaigns were designed to reach business owners, HR professionals, managers, and organizational decision-makers actively searching for relevant software solutions.
For SaaS marketing, generating traffic isn't enough. The campaign needs to connect advertising with actual business opportunities.
My approach focused on:
Search Intent → Relevant Ad → SaaS Solution → Conversion → Qualified Opportunity → Sales Process
By combining keyword intent, audience targeting, campaign optimization and conversion data, I focused on reaching relevant prospects while controlling acquisition costs across both markets.
This project demonstrates my experience using Google Ads for international B2B SaaS customer acquisition and lead generation.
