Each October, we celebrate International Creole Heritage Month with the arts, cultural foodways, Zydeco dance gatherings, Creole and French learning tables, community boucheries, and so much more š š š .
According to Lafayette Travel, Creoles in Louisiana began celebrating International Creole Heritage Month in the late 1970s and early 80s along with Saint Lucia and other places š š.
