This project showcases a comprehensive UI/UX redesign of the Lulu & Sky mobile homepage, aimed at elevating the online fashion shopping experience in India. The primary objective was to deliver a premium, modern, and minimalist interface that drives user engagement and maximizes e-commerce conversions. By implementing a clean aesthetic with intuitive navigation, the updated design seamlessly guides shoppers from a frictionless login straight through to product discovery. All high-fidelity screens and visual assets were developed from scratch utilizing Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop. Ultimately, this optimized layout strikes the perfect balance between vibrant promotional displays and a sleek, user-centric shopping environment.
