A beautiful Shopify store doesn't always create a great shopping experience.
When I review an eCommerce store, I don't just look at the visuals, I look at the customer journey.
Here's my 5-point Shopify UX checklist:
✅ Is the value proposition clear within the first 5 seconds?
✅ Is the "Add to Cart" button visible without unnecessary scrolling?
✅ Does the product page answer the customer's biggest questions?
✅ Are trust signals (reviews, shipping, returns) easy to find?
✅ Is the checkout process simple and distraction-free?
Good design attracts visitors.
Great user experience turns visitors into customers.
