I've recently worked on an error handling automation project, using n8n to connect Google Sheets, Telegram, and Gmail. The goal was to reduce manual monitoring and quickly identify issues. For 5 years I built apps on Bubble. It served me well — but times change.
Today I build with a new, AI-assisted stack, and honestly, on the things that matter most to a business, Bubble now falls behind.
• Speed — the apps I build now load noticeably faster, and I measure it instead of guessing.
• Security — I run AI-assisted vulnerability testing on every project and close any holes I find before launch. That's hard to do on a closed no-code platform.
One thing I always recommend after launch — keep the project on light maintenance, just 1–2 hours a week. Apps are not "build once and forget."
I also set up SEO, and even when everything looks fine I send a weekly SEO report with anything worth improving that I notice.
