A new short-let management company needed to reach property owners actively searching for Airbnb management services and build a client base quickly in a competitive market. I built and optimised a dedicated Google Ads search campaign alongside a high-converting landing page, with full tracking from launch. The campaign generated 10 leads in the first 30 days, with the first lead arriving within 48 hours.

I designed and built BOLEXMAN, a premium luxury hospitality marketplace for travelers who expect more than a standard hotel listing site. The goal was to create an investor-ready experience that feels exclusive — closer to Aman and Four Seasons than Airbnb or Booking.com.
I structured the product as a true multi-page marketplace: a focused homepage for discovery, then dedicated flows for stays, destinations, experiences, curated collections, concierge services, and guest testimonials. The interface uses quiet-luxury branding editorial typography, restrained gold accents, and cinematic photography, so the product reads as a brand, not a template.
What I delivered:
· Cinematic homepage with advanced search, trust builders, and host conversion
· Interactive map-based stay discovery and destination detail experiences
· Featured + Signature collections with filtered property results
· AI travel assistant and floating concierge support
· Auth-gated exploration, user dashboard, wishlist, and trips
· Fully responsive layout with mobile navigation and polished micro-interactions
· Newsletter capture that notifies the business owner by email

When the Irish College of Traditional and Integrative Medicine came to me for a full Webflow rebuild, the first thing I did wasn't open Figma.
It was open GA4.
Their existing site had real problems and the data was telling the story. Low retention, drop-offs at key pages, forms that weren't converting. Before touching a single design element, we needed to understand why.
Once we had that picture, everything else followed. Copy restructured around what visitors actually needed to see. Forms rebuilt for clarity. Layout decisions made with evidence, not guesswork.
The result was a site that works harder for them and their students.
That's what I mean when I say web design is strategy first. The visuals are just how the strategy shows up.
