Jurie, an AI product, needed to reach Complaints Directors at large companies worldwide. I handled the prospect research, email verification, country-based list segmentation, and cold email campaign setup.
My approach:
Used LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Apollo to research large companies and identify relevant Complaints Directors.
Verified business email addresses with NeverBounce.
Organized the contact lists by country to support targeted outreach.
Configured the sending domain’s DNS records and connected the email accounts to Smartlead.
Built and launched country-specific cold email campaigns using the researched lists.
Project delivery:
A verified prospect database organized by country, along with the domain and email setup needed to launch the Smartlead campaigns.
Tools used:
LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, NeverBounce, and Smartlead.

I'd test authorization separately for each sub-workflow, especially Orders. Does the gateway pass a verified user identity through, or does the Orders workflow check that the caller can access each order?
