What's the one tool in your creator stack that you wish you'd implemented from day one?
Today's post is all about how I run my creative business, my favorite tools, my process and how I manage clients!
The tool I wish I'd started using sooner is hands down Notion. I now use it in nearly every area of my business outside of design, and I honestly couldn't imagine going back to how things were before.😭

mine tool is todoist, I just get me so much organized on my projects delivery, daily tasks, meetings and Deadlines. I can't explain how cluttered things was before this "hero"
I've heard of todoist but never tried it before! I've always been interested in giving it a try:)

Everyone obsesses over creative tools first, then later realizes the real unlock is systems. Notion feels like one of those “I should’ve done this sooner” moments once the chaos hits.

I started using it as a central location for all things business so i no longer use multiple tools and everything just feels wayy more organised and easy to find! And if I bring another designer on a project with me, I can easily just add them to Notion and they have access to everything😄
Insightful! Haven't tried Notion but seeing that you recommend it so much, how much time did it take you to setup everything to go through there? Thanks for the tips!
I honestly set things up very slowly on a need be basis for a year or so. But I also recently purchased a business hub template which helped me take things to a whole new level with more databases, automations and systems.

Thank you for sharing Serena! Did you build your notion template from scratch or is there an existing template you're using? Thinking of making a switch to notion for onboarding.
I initially built my template from scratch, however a few months ago I purchased this template! So my notion hub is a mix of both now😄
