I help businesses stop overpaying for procurement. I'm Annitah, a Certified Procurement Consultant based in Nairobi, Kenya, with 5+ years of experience working across NGOs, corporates, and government agencies across East Africa.
Here's what I've seen time and time again:
→ Businesses spending millions with no visibility into where the money goes → Vendor contracts that haven't been touched in years, quietly draining budgets → Teams making purchasing decisions with no policy, no process, and no protection
That's exactly what I fix.
Whether you need a full procurement audit, tighter supplier contracts, or a policy your team will actually follow, I bring the strategy, the structure, and the results.
If your procurement function could be working harder for you, let's talk.
