Project Description:
The client was struggling with manual cold outreach and inconsistent follow-ups, which made it difficult to scale their lead generation efforts. Their sales team spent hours writing emails, tracking replies, and managing follow-ups manually, leading to low response rates and missed opportunities.
To solve this, I built a fully automated AI-powered email outreach system that streamlined the entire outbound process from lead sourcing to follow-up management.
Using Apollo.io, I automated lead sourcing and segmentation based on the client’s target audience. I then integrated OpenAI to generate personalized cold emails tailored to each prospect, helping the campaigns feel more human and relevant at scale.
With Make.com, I connected the entire workflow into one automated system that handled email sequencing, follow-up triggers, response tracking, and engagement monitoring. Instantly was used to manage campaign delivery and improve outreach performance.
The automation allowed the client to:
Reduce manual outreach work significantly
Send highly personalized emails at scale
Automate follow-ups without human intervention
Track lead engagement in real time
Improve response and conversion rates
Create a scalable outbound lead generation process
By the end of the project, the client had a more efficient sales workflow, faster outreach operations, and a reliable system for generating and nurturing leads automatically.

Here is my first template for ElevenLabs and Contra contest
It turns the book cover layout into a series of social post: 4:5, 16:9 stills and 9:16 video with animated cover.
The template is done in a way to analyze your cover and adjust the setting and color to fir it.
It is oriented on independent book authors who need to promote their books with no publishers and limited budget. Though, the template only creates the cover, the overall flow and template instruments give this audience creative freedom for promotion – I give some ideas that go beyond this exact template in the video.
I was inspired by my friend Anna who is going to publish her first book this summer.
