6061 Aluminum BBQ Grill Plate – Product Development for Mass Production
Led the mechanical development and tooling engineering for a deep-drawn 6061 aluminum grill plate. The project included CAD design, formability analysis, springback compensation, die face optimization, tooling design, and production trials. Every design decision was validated against real manufacturing constraints, resulting in a stable production process and production-ready tooling.

This is a design for a fast-food restaurant I came up with. My portfolio has a lot of tech-heavy, dark designs, so when I was experimenting with templates in Framer, I chose a light, upbeat design for a non-tech product. All the images were generated by me using neural networks. If you'd like to buy this design or commission another one — message me.
The Journey is a personal story, as we all have. At this moment in time I was going through a series of personal growth; this project helped me put a few thoughts and ideas into a visual short story.
The first sketch started with World Creator software — I wanted to create a new landscape as a disparador to start a new artwork. The landscape came out beautiful, and the rest is what you can see here.
