I built an AI-powered sales and customer engagement system for a skincare business using n8n to automate lead capture, product inquiries, order processing, and customer follow-ups directly through Telegram. A quick look behind the scenes at what I’ve been working on.
This project combines the visual side of a funnel with the system running behind it. I’m designing the landing page in Figma, working through the structure, messaging, mobile layout, calls to action, and the steps visitors take before submitting the form.
I’m also setting up the backend workflow in GoHighLevel. When someone completes the application form, the system can create or update their contact record, tag the lead correctly, place them into the right opportunity stage, and begin the required follow-up process.
A page can look good, but the work doesn’t stop when someone clicks the button. The form, lead tracking, notifications, and follow-up all need to connect properly, or potential customers can easily get lost.
