Solar Lead Generation & Appointment Setting Campaign (Cold Calling)
Worked on a solar lead generation and appointment setting campaign, handling high-volume outbound cold calls to connect with homeowners and qualify them for solar solutions.
Responsible for identifying interested prospects, explaining solar benefits, and booking qualified appointments for the sales team. Maintained consistent call activity and ensured high-quality conversations with potential customers.
Key responsibilities included:
• Cold calling homeowners for solar services
• Lead qualification based on property and interest
• Booking appointments for solar consultations
• Handling objections and building trust with prospects
• Maintaining call logs and CRM updates
Focused on turning cold prospects into interested leads and consistently filling the pipeline with qualified appointments.
One thing I learned during this campaign:
Most homeowners were not interested in a “sales pitch” they responded better when the conversation focused on reducing electricity costs and long-term savings.
Handling objections calmly and keeping the conversation natural made a big...
Going from Seed to enterprise in 3 years is a serious journey. What interests me is how much changes operationally as a business scales. More customers, more data, more moving parts, and suddenly visibility becomes just as important as growth itself. Excited to see what comes from that conversation! 🔥
AI Lead Qualification & Appointment Automation System
AI Lead Conversion Platform — Telegram, CRM & Automated Scheduling
Designed and developed an AI-powered lead conversion system that handles incoming Telegram conversations from first contact to qualification, CRM synchronization, and appointment booking.
The AI works with conversation history, lead profile data, unanswered questions, current funnel stage, available actions, and verified CRM data to determine the next appropriate step and generate structured responses.
The system automatically creates and updates leads in the CRM, manages qualification stages, books meetings, generates Yandex Telemost links, sends reminders, handles rescheduling, and escalates exceptional cases to a human manager.
The architecture includes dialogue state management, message deduplication and batching, PostgreSQL persistence, concurrency protection, validation before actions are executed, and safeguards against sending unverified or prohibited information.
This is not just an AI chatbot — it is an automated sales workflow that connects Telegram, AI, CRM, scheduling, and human escalation into one controlled process.
AI makes decisions within controlled business rules instead of operating as an unrestricted chatbot.
The concurrency safeguards and validation-before-actions detail is a strong distinction here—booking systems usually fail at the edges, not in the happy path. I’d expose a compact lead state to the operator (stage, next action, last unanswered question) so a human can resume...
Two directions for the same brief, and I genuinely cannot pick one.
Sund makes vintage-cut goggles for Burning Man. Sun, sand, dust storms. Two selling points, one screen, no scroll.
A) tells you why they work. Hover either lens, it fills the screen, and the benefit pulls into focus inside the glass.
B) does not say a word. Outside the lens the desert is a blown-out whiteout. Inside the lens it is the sunset you actually paid for. Move your cursor and look around.
Same product, same photograph, same single screen. One explains. One shows.
