Layout 2 feels stronger visually — the immersive direction grabs attention faster.
Layout 1 is cleaner and more structured, but Layout 2 has more personality & brand impact.

It really depends on the type of project you’re building and how you’re planning to animate the component.
For now, I’d vote for Layout 2. It feels more structured and gives you more room to create interesting transitions.
That’s a solid point. Layout 2 definitely gives more flexibility for subtle transitions and motion exploration.
They are both nice but I like layout 2 more, it look more clean and pleasant to me.

Do you mean if it’s built in Framer or Anything? Both explorations were prototyped in Framer.
Who's the customer? Layout one feels more up market.
Good question. It’s aimed at a beauty/lifestyle brand, so that “up market” feel in Layout 1 was intentional.
